The Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will help ensure that our Dormy accommodation and clubhouse facilities are maintained to an exceptional standard for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and preparing Dormy accommodation rooms to a high standard
- Maintaining cleanliness across all areas within the Clubhouse
- Changing bed linen, making beds, and replenishing room supplies
- Vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensuring washrooms and locker rooms are cleaned and stocked appropriately
- Reporting maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Supporting the housekeeping team during busy periods or special events
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is essential
- High attention to detail and commitment to the club's ethos of providing our members and guests with an experience befitting that of an elite-level golf day
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in both appearance and attitude
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, weekends, and occasional events
