We are looking for therapists who have real hands-on massage experience, appropriate professional qualifications, and a genuine understanding of how to deliver an excellent client experience.
The successful candidate should have a naturally warm, calm, and welcoming presence. You should be able to make clients feel comfortable while maintaining clear professional standards and boundaries at all times. You should take pride in your appearance, your treatment room, your technique and the overall experience you provide.
Essential Requirements Recognised Level 3 massage/body massage qualification or equivalent Professional hands-on massage experience Good knowledge of anatomy, physiology and massage contraindications Confident in providing professional full-body massage.
Ability to adjust pressure and technique according to individual client requirements and professional presentation. Strong communication and listening skills. Reliable, punctual and responsible calm, friendly and welcoming personality and respectful when dealing with clients. Strong understanding of professional boundaries and client dignity.
Ability to maintain consistently high hygiene and treatment-room standards. Right to work in the UK.
Additional qualifications in Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Reflexology or other recognised massage disciplines would be highly desirable.
You will be responsible for welcoming clients professionally, carrying out appropriate pre-treatment consultations and understanding their treatment preferences before beginning treatment. You will also be responsible for preparing and resetting treatment rooms, changing linen, sanitising equipment and surfaces, and ensuring treatment areas remain clean, organised, and inviting throughout the working day.
Pay: £12.71-£20.00 per hour
