Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care by monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and supporting recovery processes
- Administer medications accurately according to prescribed protocols, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting observations, treatments, and responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care instructions
- Adhere strictly to infection control procedures and healthcare regulations to ensure a safe environment
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to assess patient conditions effectively
- Proven ability to administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with medical orders

Pay: £20.00-£22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.0 per week
