The role
We're looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Advisor to provide holistic, practical support across three areas: welfare benefits, low-level money and debt management and energy efficiency You'll help clients maximise their income, manage debt and reduce energy costs — leaving each appointment more financially secure and more confident managing their own affairs.
What you'll be doing
- Advising on welfare benefits, entitlements and applications
- Helping clients budget, manage debt and negotiate with creditors
- Advising on energy efficiency, grants and schemes
- Keeping accurate, GDPR-compliant case records
What we're looking for
- Knowledge of welfare benefits and debt management
- Experience in an advisory, support or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and confidence with numbers
- IT literacy and good record-keeping
- A relevant advice/guidance qualification is a bonus, not essential
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
