Package: £27,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Structure (£40K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2)
My client Specalise in Healthcare recruitment in the UK. A market leader paving the way for the TOP healthcare professionals to help advance the healthcare sector. A forward-thinking business making a key difference in the world.
They are now in an position to enhance their own team and are looking for experience Recruitment professionals or Sales professionals!
What YOU need to join them!
You don’t need all of the below but at least one is desirable!
- Recruitment Experience
- B2B sales experience would be ideal!
- Car sales Experience
- Estate Agency
- Direct Sales experience
- Door to Door sales
- Phone Sales

Your role as a Trainee Recruiter
- Become the "go-to" recruiter within your Healthcare discipline
- Develop relationships with the BEST healthcare professionals in the UK
- Source the finest talent for your clients through multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish!
- Build an awesome candidate community using the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups
- Maintain long-term client relationships- we are working with some of the best firms out there!
- Genuinely place the top professionals and deal with the best healthcare organisations in the UK.
- Pave out the way for top talent to succeed.
- Advice talent on the best opportunities for them
