Sales Support Executive
We're excited to share another opportunity at Misco UK as our business continues to grow. To support this growth, we are looking to strengthen and expand our Sales Support team.
Our Sales Support team plays a vital role in helping our sales teams deliver the best possible experience for our customers. From processing orders and tracking deliveries to managing back orders and providing exceptional customer service, they help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, making them an essential part of our continued success.
We are now looking to welcome another talented individual to join the team as a Sales Support Executive. You will play a role in supporting our account managers, ensuring quotes, orders and customer requests are handled efficiently and accurately. While working with both customers and internal team members, you will help deliver a seamless experience throughout the sales process while building strong relationships along the way.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Account Support
- Provide day-to-day support for customer accounts and act as a key contact for enquiries and order updates.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring a professional and responsive service.
Order Processing
- Process customer and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify pricing, stock availability, and delivery requirements while maintaining accurate system records.
Order Tracking & Logistics
- Monitor orders from placement to delivery, providing regular updates and resolving any delivery issues.
- Work closely with customers, Account Managers, and suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment.
Back Order Management
- Manage outstanding and back-ordered items, liaising with suppliers for delivery updates.
- Keep customers informed and escalate critical supply issues when necessary.
Customer Service
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for service improvement.
Sales Team Support
- Support Account Managers with quotations, administration, CRM updates, and customer documentation.
- Assist with sales initiatives and account development activities.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in a sales support, customer service, administration, or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Desirable
- Experience within the IT, technology, reseller, or distribution sector.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or order management systems.
- Understanding of supply chain, procurement, or logistics processes.

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
