Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Organising and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Supporting team members with various administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service at all times
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanour with a proactive attitude
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous but not essential
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones
Desirable
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- Familiarity with office equipment and administrative systems.
- Good written and spoken english
