What does the role look like?
We're seeking a strategic and inspiring Divisional Human Resources Director to lead the people agenda across our Landing Systems Gloucester sites, supporting both Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) businesses.
This is a pivotal leadership role operating within two distinct business models, each with challenges and significant growth opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organisation's future—driving transformation, building organisational capability, and enabling sustainable performance through people.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working in regulated P&L driven environments, covering a range of HR functions alongside being a proven leader who has a high degree of emotional intelligence.
