About the Role
We're building a bank of dependable carers who can pick up flexible shifts as and when they suit — covering holidays, sickness, and extra demand across our Chippenham patch. It's ideal if you want to earn extra income around other commitments, or you're looking for flexible work without a fixed weekly commitment.
What the Role Involves
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care to clients on offered shifts
- Supporting clients with personal care, medication, meals, and daily living tasks
- Keeping accurate, up-to-date care records
- Building rapport quickly with clients you may be covering for
- Reporting any changes or concerns to the office promptly
What We Offer
- £15.25ph, standard weekday rate
- £17.50ph, weekend rate
- £21.00ph, Bank Holiday rate
- Work as much or as little as suits you — genuinely flexible
- 45p per mile mileage pay

What We Are Looking For
- Some experience in care preferred, but not essential — full training given
- Flexible availability across 8am–3pm / 4pm–9pm shifts, including weekends and bank holidays when needed
- Able to respond reliably when shifts are offered
- A caring, compassionate, and adaptable approach
Pay: £15.25-£21.00 per hour
