We have an exciting role on offer within our Early Help Service as a Family Key Worker.
As a Key Worker you will work with children, young people, and their families, using evidence-based interventions to increase family resilience and improve outcomes.
This role is rewarding and requires you to work with children, young people and their families to deliver early help support to agree achievable goals, increase family resilience and secure good outcomes.
A comprehensive knowledge and skill-base is needed and as an enthusiastic team player, you will need to use your initiative and champion improvements in practice.
You must have a level 3 qualification, which is relevant to working with children, young people, and families.
The work will require you through direct practical interventions with children, young people and families to contribute towards comprehensive assessments and care plans as part of a multi-agency approach.
