Ninja & Gymnastics Coach
It’s an exciting time at Gymfinity Kids, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Coaches from all sporting backgrounds to join the Community team at our Laurus Ryecroft High School Venue.

The Role:
As a Ninja & Gymnastics Coach, you will:
· Plan and deliver fun, safe and engaging Gymnastics and Ninja sessions.
· Help children develop their skills, confidence and reach their goals.
· Create a positive and encouraging environment for children of all abilities.
· Communicate professionally and positively with parents and members.
· Provide excellent customer service and represent Gymfinity Kids professionally.
· Work as part of a team and contribute to the development of our Community programme.
· Follow company policies, procedures and safety standards.
· Maintain clean, safe and welcoming Community venues.
· Attend training and staff meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
About You
· Previous coaching experience/qualifications desirable, but full training is provided.
· Gymnastics, Ninja, Parkour or sporting experience preferred.
· Passionate about working with and developing children.
· Confident leading small and large groups.
· Positive, self-motivated and able to motivate others.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Keen to learn and progress.
· Available for evening and weekend work.

This role may suit candidates with experience as a Gymnastics Coach, Ninja Coach, Parkour Coach, Sports Coach, PE Assistant, PE Teacher, Fitness Trainer or Fitness Coach.
