Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Manage merchandising displays to maximize product visibility and appeal, adhering to brand standards
- Provide training and coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills when interacting with customers and team members
- Organize team meetings to foster collaboration, share updates, and reinforce company policies
Experience
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience within a retail environment
- Demonstrated success in sales management and team leadership roles
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Experience in merchandising, inventory control, and retail operations management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous administrative experience including scheduling, reporting, or record keeping is preferred
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service excellence is essential
