Responsibilities

- Assist in menu planning and ingredient sourcing for breakfast offerings
- Coordinate with serving staff to ensure timely delivery of hot and fresh dishes
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages or quality issues
- Support team members during busy periods, fostering a collaborative kitchen environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food hygiene standards
- Hands-on experience with meal preparation, especially breakfast dishes such as eggs, pancakes, pastries, and more
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Prior restaurant experience is highly desirable, along with serving knowledge for guest interactions
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
