We are seeking a highly organised, adaptable, and personable individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a PA role, and develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities

Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising appointments

Supporting with inbox management and correspondence

Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics

Preparing documents, reports, and presentations

Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
