Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application.
- Offer personalised skincare advice tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all equipment and products are used correctly and stored appropriately.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and addressing any concerns professionally.
- Promote additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and business growth.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience in makeup application and delivering various beauty treatments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A friendly, professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexibly, prioritising client needs while maintaining high standards of service.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are preferred but not essential if the candidate demonstrates significant practical experience.
