Are you friendly, hardworking and enjoy working with people? We’re looking for Front of House Catering Assistants to join our busy restaurant team at Bridgemere Garden Centre.
We have part-time opportunities available, making this a great opportunity to fit around your studies with weekend work, or school hours for busy parents.
You'll be joining a friendly team and helping us provide a great experience for our customers, from welcoming them into the restaurant to serving food and drinks and keeping everything looking its best.
The Role
As a Front of House Catering Assistant, you'll be involved in the day-to-day running of our restaurant and help make sure every customer receives friendly and efficient service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, helpful service.
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks.
- Clearing and cleaning tables ready for customers.
- Keeping the restaurant, counters and customer areas clean and well presented.
- Supporting with till operation and processing payments.
- Helping with drinks and coffee preparation where required.
- Replenishing displays, cutlery, condiments and other customer areas.
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider restaurant team during busy periods.
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.

Previous catering, hospitality or customer service experience would be helpful, but isn't essential as full training will be provided.
