Programmes Assistant, London W1 £28,860 per annum
We are looking for 2 Programmes Assistant (1 with a Talent focus and 1 with an Industry focus)
Our opportunity:
This role sits within BAFTA’s Programmes team and assists the delivery of inclusive and innovative programmes, that support BAFTA’s mission to champion the creative and cultural importance of the screen arts and support underrepresented voices talent and audiences at all stages of their career.
The role provides administrative and event support specifically across BAFTA’s Programmes, helping to deliver year-round activity across film, games and television. Working across a range of programmes and initiatives, the role will support activity from planning through to event delivery and evaluation.
You’ll work closely with the Programmes Officer and Industry Programmers with clear priorities and support to help you develop your skills, knowledge and take on greater responsibility over time.

Who you are?
- Experience supporting in-person and/or online events, or other relevant organised activities
- Hold a strong results-driven mindset
- Detail orientated and organised; someone who manages multiple tasks and priorities confidently and efficiently
- Able to work collaboratively and problem solve effectively
- Interested in driving inclusion in film, games and Television
- Positive with a can-do attitude and willingness to develop and learn
