Purpose of the Position
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Belman UK Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, customer requirements and applicable statutory requirements.
Belman UK operates and maintains its own ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System. The Quality Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the local QMS and works closely with QA/QC in Belman Denmark to ensure alignment with Group quality objectives, exchange of best practices and implementation of relevant Group quality initiatives.
As Belman UK is a lean organization, the position combines quality management, quality assurance and operational quality control activities.
Qualifications
- Experience within Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience with internal auditing and quality documentation.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage.

Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
