Alma Primrose Hill is looking for a talented, passionate and energetic Breakfast / Brunch Chef to join our team.
We’re a busy, independent café with a strong reputation for great food, great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. Our Primrose Hill kitchen is all about fresh, beautifully presented brunch dishes and consistently high standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys the energy of a busy brunch service and wants to be part of a small, close-knit team where everyone knows each other and plays an important role.
The Role
As our Breakfast / Brunch Chef, you’ll be an important part of the kitchen team, responsible for preparing and delivering our brunch menu to a consistently high standard.
You’ll be involved in:
- Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch dishes
- Maintaining excellent food quality and presentation
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Preparing ingredients and maintaining a well-organised kitchen
- Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Helping maintain a positive, professional and enjoyable kitchen environment
- Contributing ideas and bringing your own experience and creativity to the kitchen
