Hours
- Monday to Friday 9am - 4:30pm
The role of Customer Service:
- Answering calls and emails from clients relating to new and existing bookings/deliveries
- Track parcels or pallets in order to provide updates
- Investigate any issues that may arise during transport via road, sea and air
- Engage directly with clients and suppliers to facilitate smooth logistics operations
- Assist the wider team with any paperwork or administrative duties from time to time
The ideal Customer Service:
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Comfortable working in an office environment using various systems
- Must drive and have your own mode of transport due to rural location
- Adaptable, willing to learn and flexible towards the needs of the wider team
