Experienced Roofer – £150–£200 per day
AKT Roofing is an established roofing contractor based in Bournemouth, carrying out a wide range of roofing work across Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable roofer to join our existing team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The successful applicant should have good practical roofing experience and be capable of working efficiently as part of a team. We are particularly interested in roofers with experience across pitched roofing, including slating, tiling and associated leadwork.
The role will include:
- Pitched roof renewals and repairs
- Slating and tiling
- Leadwork and associated roofing details
- Roofline and general roofing works
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a roofing team
- Maintaining a good standard of workmanship and site presentation
- Following company health and safety procedures
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven practical roofing experience
- Takes pride in producing good-quality work
- Is reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Can work independently when required
- Has a good understanding of roofing methods and materials
- Has a full UK driving licence
- Communicates well with colleagues, supervisors and customers
Relevant roofing qualifications and CSCS cards would be advantageous, but practical ability, experience and attitude are particularly important.
Pay: £150–£200 per day, depending on experience, ability and level of responsibility.
This is a permanent opportunity with an established local roofing company for the right person.
