Industrial Door Engineer (Self-Employed)
DMC Industrial Doors Ltd is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join our growing team on a self-employed basis.
We carry out installation, servicing, maintenance and repairs on industrial and commercial doors across the UK, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a reliable, professional team.
The Role
- Servicing and repairing industrial doors
- Fault finding and emergency call-outs
- Installation work when required
- Working nationwide with occasional overnight stays
- Completing digital job sheets and maintaining high standards of workmanship
Requirements
- Previous experience with industrial/commercial doors is essential
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Good fault-finding ability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and professional
