The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead one of our key accounts - playing a central role in both delivery and growth.
If you’re someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, brings energy and positivity to everything you do, and enjoys the pace of agency life, this is an opportunity to take ownership of something genuinely important. You’ll be the day-to-day lead for the client, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining a high standard of service and output. This role requires someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and brings a real can-do attitude - someone who keeps momentum going, even when things get challenging. Supported by the Business Unit Director and Head of Creative, you’ll have the backing you need, alongside the autonomy to make a real impact.

What we need:
- Experienced in an Account Manager role within a creative or marketing agency
- Energetic, positive, and naturally brings a can-do attitude to your work
- A strong communicator who builds trust easily
- Highly organised, with solid project management skills
- Proactive, with the ability to think and act quickly
- Commercially aware, with experience supporting account growth
- Comfortable working at pace while maintaining quality
- Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Genuinely interested in creative work and delivering it to a high standard
- Willingness to travel to client HQ London, possibly weekly
