What you’ll be serving up…
The Kitchen Porter supports the kitchen team by ensuring the kitchen, equipment and service areas are kept clean, organised and ready for service.
- Washing and cleaning kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Supporting chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen duties.
- Keeping storage and work areas clean and organised.
- Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly.
- Assisting with deliveries and stock movement when required.
- Following all food safety, health & safety and hygiene procedures.
- Supporting the wider Hospitality team during busy events and services.
