Job Brief:
KSS NW LTD is recruiting SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our matchday security team at Blackpool FC, based at Bloomfield Road. Successful applicants will be added to our matchday team and offered work at Blackpool FC home fixtures, helping to provide a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for supporters, players and staff.
We're looking for people who can work regularly across the home-fixture schedule. Matches are mainly at weekends, with some weekday evenings, and availability will be discussed during the application process. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the stadium, ensuring only authorised individuals enter
- Manage the safe ingress and egress of supporters
- Oversee home and away supporters in the stands, concourses and designated areas
- Carry out searches and prevent prohibited items entering the stadium
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Help prevent anti-social behaviour and respond to incidents appropriately
- Support crowd management and prevent overcrowding
- Assist supporters with queries and directions
- Liaise with supervisors, Blackpool FC's safety team and emergency services as required
- Follow all SIA regulations, KSS procedures and stadium safety requirements
Requirements:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential
- Previous stadium, event or matchday security experience is desirable
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Able to stand for extended periods and work in a busy matchday environment
- Flexible availability for weekends and weekday evenings
- A professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
