The Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer / Workshop Operativeto join our team with an immediate start. This is a hands-on role supporting our sprayers and workshop operations.
This is initially a temporary position, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing surfaces ready for spraying (filling,sanding, masking, cleaning)
- Polishing and finishing completed work to a high standard
- Packing and handling finished products with care
- Assisting paint sprayers and other team members
- General workshop duties and maintaining a clean working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in prep work, spraying environments, or similar roles is highly desirable
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
Training can be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude.
