Isabella Bathrooms is a design-led, director-owned showroom in Ballyclare. Most of our work is bathrooms people actually live in — family bathrooms, en-suites, wet rooms, downstairs cloakrooms — designed properly and tiled properly, because the tiling is what makes or breaks the finished room. Alongside that we do the spa side: whirlpool baths, infrared saunas, hydrotherapy and mobility suites, waterproof smart TVs. It means no two weeks in the showroom look the same.
If you have a good idea on Tuesday morning it can be live by Tuesday afternoon. That is the trade-off for being a small business rather than a chain.
The role
- Welcome customers into the showroom and carry out home surveys
- Design the space in Virtual Worlds and present 3D visuals and proposals
- Take the customer through to a signed order, then stay with the project
- Work with our installation team on scheduling and sort out any snags
- Keep the displays fresh and in line with what our customers are actually asking for
- Order and track stock, check deliveries in, and chase suppliers when needed
What you need
- Bathroom experience of One year or more selling and tiles
- Confidence presenting a design and a price, and asking for the order
- Organisation — you can hold twenty live quotes without letting one go cold
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle for home surveys
- Someone we can trust with a showroom key
Nice to have, but we will teach you
- Virtual Worlds or other 3D design software — full training provided
- Making short video content for social media
