Location: Louth
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 5:30am start until finish.
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour, time & half for Overtime, and Double time for Bank Holidays (after 12 weeks the basic pay goes up to £13.26 per hour)
THIS ASSIGNMENT WILL START ON TUESDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER 2026.
Induction will take place on the above date, at 7am and will last for 2 hours.
The role:
· You must be physically capable of working alongside various waste collection vehicles
· Working outdoors, walking long distances whilst manually handling waste and clearing fly tipped waste off public / private land.
· You must be capable of lifting bulky items, pushing and pulling wheeled bins and other waste receptacles on a frequent and repetitive basis.
· Ensuring you are always staying on the route given to you.
About you:
· Physically fit
· You will need to be a true team player
· Flexible in your approach to duties that are allocated by Supervisors or Team Leaders
· Capable of working with other operatives to complete
· You must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Temporary ongoing assignment with the possibility of going permanent after 12 weeks.
