Job Description: Cleaner (Regular & Casual Hours)
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaner to support the housekeeping and cleaning needs across several areas of the estate. This role can be taken as all listed hours or a portion of them, depending on the candidate’s availability. The position includes both regular weekly hours and on‑demand cleaning linked to wedding bookings.
Regular Weekly Hours (Paid at £12.71/hour)
- Thursday Cleaning — 7 hours
- General weekly clean of designated estate areas.
- Kitchen Garden — 5 hours
Ideally completed on Thursdays when the Kitchen Garden is closed.
- Kitchen Garden Outside Toilets — 1 hour
Light cleaning of external facilities.Can be completed any day, but must be before 8am, after 5pm, or on weekends.Casual / On‑Demand Hours (National Minimum Wage)
- Estate Office — 1.5 hours
- Monday Wedding House Clean — 5 hours
- When weddings are booked. Typically
- 10am–3pm
- , with flexibility for an earlier start if preferred.
- Sunday Castle Clean — 3 hours
Only when weddings take place. 8am–11am.What We’re Looking For
