Fife Letting Service has been operating in the Fife area for 20 years and are the area’s leading independent letting agent. We have offices in Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline with highly qualified experts in each who are only too happy to help our clients.
We are looking to recruit 1 Full Time Letting / Viewing Agent working from our Dunfermline office to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry, you will be working as part of a small team helping look after the daily management of a portfolio of exciting residential properties.
Letting /Viewing Agent:
To succeed in the role you should be motivated, enthusiastic and a highly organised team player. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Requirements;
- Full Driving Licence

- Computer / Mobile literate with ability to learn new skills and use our bespoke apps
Tasks within the role
· Creating and updating property inventories
· Inspecting properties at final move out
- Routine inspections of tenanted properties
- Viewings
- Ensuring properties comply with our high standards for let.
- Visiting properties to check maintenance issues and tenant issues
It would be beneficial that you:
- Have previous experience within a property or lettings role.
- Have worked in a customer facing role.
- Are qualified to Level 6 Propertymark or similar.
