Fosters Event Catering is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Production & Line Chef to join our friendly team at the Flightline Café, located within the award-winning Aerospace Bristol museum.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment with the support of one of the South West’s leading independent catering companies.
What You’ll Do
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
Support café service and production for events and functions
Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
Work efficiently as part of a small, friendly team
Ensure a clean and organised kitchen environment
Occasionally assist with catering for private and corporate events on-site
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a similar chef or production kitchen role
Strong prep and line skills with good attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
Level 2 Food Safety (or willingness to complete)
Flexible availability, including weekends and some evenings for events
