The Opportunity
FeeSure is a growing Making Tax Digital subscription brand backed by a wider established business.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join at an early stage, drive new client growth and help shape the future sales function.
This role is hands-on initially, with responsibility for winning new business, closing subscription sales and managing a portfolio of clients. As FeeSure grows, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help recruit, train and manage a sales team.
For the right person, this is a genuine route into sales management and a chance to build a team around you.
The Role
You will manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to close, while also developing long-term client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Converting sales opportunities into paying subscription clients.
- Conducting discovery calls and recommending the right FeeSure package.
- Handling objections, following up leads and confidently closing sales.
- Managing a portfolio of subscription clients.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Building a strong sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
- Helping develop sales processes, scripts and reporting.
- Supporting the future recruitment and management of a sales team.
About You
You will have:
- A strong track record in sales, business development or commercial account management.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing business.
- Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Confidence managing multiple clients and opportunities.
- Experience using a CRM system.
- The ambition and ability to progress into a leadership role.
Experience in accountancy, tax, financial services or selling subscription services would be highly advantageous.
