Junior Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer
Location: Avonmouth (BS11) – Office Based
Salary: £26,000–£28,000 DOE + Commission & Bonuses
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (On-call rota after hours once trained)
About the Role
Red Rhino Resourcing Ltd are expanding and looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to join our growing team in Avonmouth BS11 8DE. We specialise in providing temporary staffing solutions to the Transport and Industrial sectors. In this role, you will support experienced consultants by sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates into ongoing assignments while learning the full recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job boards, social media and our CRM system
- Telephone screen candidates to assess suitability for roles
- Manage candidate onboarding process and maintain accurate records
- Post job adverts and respond to applications
- Coordinate interviews and support the placement process
- Complete compliance checks and onboarding documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- Referencing
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator with good relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales or customer service is beneficial but not essential
