WHAT'S ON OFFER

✔ £16.50 - £18.50 per hour (depending on experience)
✔ Monday to Thursday only 06:00 - 16:30— every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off
✔ 10-hour shifts
✔ Overtime paid at time and a half on anything over 40 hours
✔ Temp to perm — this is a route into a permanent role, not just a short contract
✔ Consistent, long-term work with a stable manufacturer

THE ROLE
──────────────────
You'll be working on heavy-duty fabrication — MIG welding and assembling structural components for large-scale trailer and vehicle builds. Work is from engineering drawings and specs, so you need to be confident reading them.
Day-to-day:
- MIG welding and fabrication of heavy-duty structural parts
- Working to engineering drawings and tolerances
- Assembling and fitting structural components
- Maintaining quality and safety standards throughout

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
──────────────────
- Proven MIG welding and fabrication experience
- Heavy industry background — structural steel, trailer manufacture, plant equipment, or similar
- Comfortable reading and working from technical drawings
- Reliable, quality-focused, and able to work at pace
