Flexi First Class Care Ltd is a growing social care provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support for vulnerable children and young people. As we expand into children's residential care, we're looking for an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead the opening of our first Children's Home.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a brand-new service while being supported by an experienced Responsible Individual and senior leadership team, giving you the resources and guidance to build an outstanding home from day one.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will lead the registration, opening and day-to-day management of the home, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful registration, opening and management of the home.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding standards and relevant legislation.
- Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing staff team.
- Deliver high-quality, child-centred care and positive outcomes.
- Develop and oversee individual care plans.
- Build effective relationships with local authorities, professionals and families.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent standards of care.
About You
- Experience in a management role within children's residential care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and children's legislation.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing an Ofsted-regulated home is desirable.

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
