Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Previous restaurant or barista experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with company standards and health & safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests’ needs promptly and courteously
- Assist with drink presentation and ensure the cleanliness of workstations at all times
- Take orders accurately and process transactions efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by engaging positively with guests and team members
- Follow drink safety procedures diligently to uphold hygiene standards
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service delivery
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Flexibility to adapt to different roles within the team as required
- Experience as a barista or in food preparation enhances suitability for this role
- Organised with strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery
