Job Overview:We are currently seeking a Front End Associate to join our team in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently- Handle cash and card transactions with precision- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front-end area- Assist with food preparation and service when needed- Ensure compliance with food safety regulationsQualifications:- Previous experience in bartending, catering, or hospitality is advantageous- Knowledge of food preparation and food safety standards is desirable- Ability to work well in a team environment- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude- Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant as needed
