Pay:
Unqualified: £12.95 per hour plus £60 per sleep-in and mileage allowance.
Qualified: £13.45 per hour plus £60 per sleep-in, mileage allowance and performance bonuses.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will help create a nurturing home where every child can thrive. Working alongside a supportive team, you will deliver therapeutic, relationship-based care tailored to each young person's individual needs. All team members participate in a sleep-in rota.
Whether you already hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) or are looking to start your career in residential childcare, we'll invest in you through high-quality training, regular supervision, ongoing CPD and clear progression opportunities.

- Have business use insurance and are willing to transport children when required.
- Have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
Applicants must be aged 23 or over to meet industry regulations.
