The Role
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and thorough Cleaner to join our team full-time. In this role, you will travel between our properties across North West London to carry out regular cleans, deep cleans, end-of-tenancy turnarounds, and quick turnaround cleans for our short-term rental guests.
Because you will be moving between different properties throughout the day, confident driving experience is essential for this position.
Daily Responsibilities
- Carrying out thorough cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal areas.
- Managing quick and efficient turnaround cleans for short-term rental properties between guest stays, ensuring fresh linen and towels are laid out.
- Deep cleaning properties following end-of-tenancy check-outs to prepare them for new tenants.
- Spotting and reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or wear-and-tear to the office team.
- Ensuring properties are left secure, tidy, and looking spotless after every visit.
What we are looking for:
- Valid UK Driving Licence (Clean / No points) and confident driving experience.
- Proven experience in professional domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, or short-let turnover cleaning.
- High attention to detail—someone who takes genuine pride in making a place look pristine.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit to manage a busy daily cleaning schedule.
- Good communication skills and a polite, professional manner.
Schedule
- Full-time (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend avability)
