We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our service, Burbank Mews in Hartlepool.

Burbank Mews is a registered service for adults with learning disabilities or autism, made up of 6 individual purpose-built bungalows. We're committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, and empowered, enabling them to live the best life possible.
What you'll be working:
- 36 or 42-hour contract
- £29,849.78 (FTE) Per annum (Pro rata), FTE 42 Hours
- Days
- On a rota basis, working every other weekend
- Keeping people safe from any harm and protecting their human rights.
What you'll be doing:
- Build relationships with the people we support, which are open and two way
- Establish methods of communication with the people we support, reducing barriers when necessary
- Support with activities of daily living and personal care when needed
- Communicate any issues to the clinical team
- Accurately report and/or record work activities
What you'll have:
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to learn

- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
