We are looking for two high energy, resilient Resource Coordinators to join our team and play a key role in engaging and onboarding Self-Employed Drivers. Working as part of a team to ensure drivers are engaged, compliant and ready to support our nationwide operation.
As part of our Resourcing team, you’ll be at the heart of driver engagement, working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring drivers are engaged at the right time and in the right locations to support our operation with maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently engage with Self-Employed Drivers across the UK and proactively manage high volumes aligned to business forecasts and locations
- Utilise a variety of engagement platforms to generate proactive driver pipelines
- Collate and verify formal documents & ensure full compliance
- Support with the co-ordination of driver seminars
- Be an ambassador of the BCAL brand to all internal and external stakeholders and drive focus on delivering a positive driver experience
- Drive efficient ways of working, ensuring 100% compliance and following clear and structured processes
- Be accountable for the recruitment budget within your business areas and look to find ways to creating efficiency and proactive sourcing to mitigate unnecessary spend.
- Provide consistent reporting utilising recruitment data & MI for both forecasting and performance delivery aligned to business objectives.
- Support the effective and accurate provision of administration across the driver engagement cycle.
- Working with the onboarding team & compliance to ensure drivers are processed as efficiently as possible
- Being a brand ambassador for the business and ensuring a positive end-to-end candidate experience.
- Support the effective provision of recruitment data and any internal and external insight to enable and improve business performance.

Key Skills:
- Experienced managing end to end recruitment campaigns across high volume resource campaigns
- Working to varying targets and meeting / exceeding agreed KPI’s
- Strong & engaging communicator
- Proactive and forward thinking with the ability to think outside the box, problem solve and take accountability for your own workload
- Highly resilient with energy & drive
- Strong ‘service provider’ ethic and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience
- Tech & digitally ‘savvy’ with the ability to adopt new technologies and ways of working in a continuous improvement environment
- Strong team player and collaborator who works well as part of a diverse team
- Intermediate Excel and general reporting skills
- Experienced using ATS systems
- Strong data entry, document management and GDPR knowledge
- In house recruitment or high-volume recruitment agency experience an advantage.
