We’re looking for a strategic, client-centric FM Contract Manager who is ready to take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts and play a pivotal role in delivering value, growth, and long-term customer success. The Role
This is not a traditional account management position.
You’ll be empowered to:
? Treat your client accounts as if they were your own business
? Build trusted, lasting relationships at multiple levels
? Identify growth and upsell opportunities
? Drive service improvements and change initiatives
? Solve problems before they become issues
? Use data and insight to influence decisions
? Negotiate commercially sound outcomes
You’ll act as the strategic lead and trusted advisor for your clients.
Key Responsibilities
Own and develop key client relationships
Identify opportunities to grow and enhance accounts
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
Lead contract retention and renewal strategies
Negotiate terms, costs, and commercial agreements
Support debt recovery where required
Drive continuous improvement and change management
Analyse client data to inform decision-making
Provide reassurance, guidance, and solutions
