We're a growing North Wales business specialising in PPE, workwear and innovative workplace safety solutions. We're looking for someone to join our team who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced office environment and likes variety in their day.
This isn't a role where you'll spend all day doing the same thing. One moment you could be answering the telephone, the next processing customer orders, helping customers on the trade counter or supporting the wider team with general office administration.
We're far more interested in attitude than experience. We can teach you our systems and products; what we're looking for is someone who enjoys helping people, is organised, approachable and takes pride in doing a great job.
The Role
This is a varied position supporting both our sales team and the day-to-day running of the office.
Your duties will include:
- Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
- Processing customer orders.
- Responding to customer emails.
- Supporting our busy trade counter.
- Supporting goods in and goods out administration.
- Updating customer records and company systems.
- Filing and general office administration.
- Providing support to the wider team wherever needed.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service.
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced office.
- Can organise and prioritise their own workload.
- Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Has a friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Has good attention to detail.
- Has a positive attitude and is keen to learn.
- Doesn't mind rolling their sleeves up and helping wherever needed.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but it isn't essential as full training will be provided.

8:00am – 5:00pm
16 hours per week
