We now have one full-time vacancy remaining and one part-time contract for 22.5-24-hours.
Were excited to be opening a brandnew supported living service for four adults aged 2538 who have learning disabilities and are taking the big step of moving from their family homes into their own place. This is a huge and exciting transition for them, and were looking for outgoing, positive people with great personalities to help make it a success.
The individuals youll be supporting have a brilliant mix of interestsfrom quiz nights and baking to concerts and house musicand theyre eager to build confident, independent lives.

Shift Details
- 07:00am 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 10:00pm and sleep-in shifts. Full flexibility is needed to work all three shifts on a rota basis Monday to Sunday.
What Youll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
- Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
- Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
- Assisting with personal care
