Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, lash lift and threading application with precision and care.
- Provide personalised consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and ensuring clients feel valued.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and optimal utilisation of time.
- Promote retail products where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or training in General beauty treatments is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- A friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
- Ability to work well within a team whilst maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
