Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Reservations Agent to join our dynamic hospitality team at the Green Hotel, a member of Radisson individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Previous Opera Cloud experience and multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions and support our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage guest bookings accurately, including room allocations, special requests, and confirming reservations.
- Provide detailed information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to guests.
- Update reservation systems promptly to reflect changes or cancellations.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures when required.
- Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette and guest service at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable demeanour with a genuine desire to assist guests.
