The Role:What does a Green Street Kitchen Manager do?
The Green Street Bristol Kitchen Manager is responsible for the overall running of the kitchen. That means balancing people,processes,and performance to make sure every day runs smoothly and our Legendary Baps meet expectations.
In a Green Street kitchen,that responsibility shows up in a few key ways:

Leading the kitchen team: setting the tone,supporting development,and keeping standards high during busy services

Managing food quality and consistency: ensuring every Legendary Bap meets brand and customer expectations

Maintaining health and safety standards:keeping the kitchen clean,compliant,and well organised

Controlling stock and ordering: making sure everything is in place without waste or shortages

Driving kitchen performance: balancing cost control with quality and efficiency
A typical day might include:

Preparing the kitchen for service,including stock checks and team briefing

Leading service and keeping everything running smoothly under pressure

Supporting the team and stepping in where needed during busy periods

Monitoring food quality and presentation

Managing orders,deliveries,and supplier relationships

Managing the Alert 65 daily checklist
-
Working with the Management team reviewing performance,rotas,and costs
