Job Summary
We're looking for a warm, organized, and people-focused Client Services & Engagement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice our clients know and trust. You'll stay in touch with the people we already work with, check in on their estate planning needs, and make sure they feel supported every step of the way.
If you enjoy building genuine relationships and helping people feel cared for, this could be a great fit. You'll work closely with our Estate Planning consultants, helping them connect with clients and keep those relationships strong.
Duties
- Act as a consistent point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support across various channels.
- Manage and update client information using Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the development and execution of client engagement strategies to foster long-term relationships.
- Analyse client feedback and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions aligned with client needs.
- Prepare detailed reports on client activity, engagement levels, and satisfaction metrics for management review
Skills
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making processes.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
- Proactive problem-solving skills coupled with a customer-focused approach. Pay: £12.71 per hour
