Responsibilities

- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns
- Upsell menu items, promotions, or specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality and restaurant service with previous serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
- Kitchen experience or culinary knowledge is a plus for understanding menu items better
- Effective time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with serving procedures, restaurant operations, and food safety regulations
