Support North Northants is a VCSE-led community wellbeing service. Our motto is simple: we don't give up on people. We bring together voluntary, statutory and private sector partners to ensure vulnerable people get the right support, first time — and only have to tell their story once.
As a senior practitioner, you'll lead on complex and escalating cases while providing expertise, coaching and supervision to Community Link Workers and Local Coordinators. Embedded within the North Northants Council Crisis Resilience Fund team, you'll help manage workflow, safeguarding and service pressures, combining hands-on casework with team leadership.
